Vending at to infinity and beyond

Dedicated dog sports enthusiasts from all over the Midwest, along with local participants and visitors, will come together for this exceptional event. It presents a wonderful chance for your business to stand out as a vendor..

The vendor area will be centrally located among all four dog sports areas, housed in a building with roll-up garage doors that create an open and inviting atmosphere. In case of inclement weather, the doors can be closed. Additionally, food trailers will be on site, and RV spots will be available for overnight stays.

Vendor booth space is 10’ x 10’ for two days at $100 (vendors are responsible for providing their own tables). An additional 10’ x 10’ booth can be added for $75, and electricity is available for $25. Please note that booth space is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Vendor building will be open Saturday, June 21st and Sunday, June 22nd. Vendor set-up is 7:00 am on Saturday. The building will be open to the public at 9:00 am on Saturday and Sunday. Booths must be staffed until 5:00 pm on Saturday and 4:00 pm on Sunday.

I understand that it will be my responsibility to provide any necessary tables, chairs and/or displays for my booth. Booth location may not be requested and allocation may not be changed. Security for items in the vendor booth is solely the responsibility of me, the vendor. Neither Pier Pups LLC nor Jefferson County Fair Park will be held liable for any loss or damages I may incur. The vendor shall maintain liability insurance in full force and a copy of your policy summary must be e-mailed to staff@pierpups.com. No refunds or cancellations are provided for any reason.
