Celebrate Waupun Friday, June 28 -- Sunday, June 30 2024

Online registration has ended, but we still have room for you! We are taking day-of registration  and Try-Its all three days! 

Due to road closures in the area near the Waupun festival, we are recommending that if you are coming to Waupun from the East on Hwy 49, continue heading West toward downtown Waupun.  Turn North on Madison Street to Spring Street. Turn East on Spring Street.  See highlighted route on map.

Due to Fire Department activities, please use these lots on given days:

On Friday, you may park in the Vendor lot located on Home Street or the school lot.

On Saturday, you may park in the School parking lot.

On Sunday, you may park in the Vendor lot

Try-Its do not require any previous experience, however your dog must know how to swim.  Stop by the registration tent, and we can sign you up and have you and your dog work with one of our staff on the dock.  Try-Its cost $15 and usually take place between competitions.

To Register Online  |  $18 per session:  

1. Select your session times below and click "Checkout".  You can only register one dog at a time.
2. After clicking "Checkout", you will provide all of the important details and pay for your sessions.
3. An email reminder will be sent to you a few days prior to the event.

To Register by Mail  |  $18 per session:

1. Print off the Registration Form  for the event you want to register for.
2. Please mail the form with payment by the date on the form.
3. An email reminder will be sent to you a few days prior to the event.

To Register at the Event  |  $23 per session

1. Print off the Registration Form for the event you want to attend.
2. Fill out and bring the form with you to the event.  Please arrive at the pool at least 1/2 hour before the session starts.  Please note that day-of spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.  We strongly encourage you to register online or by mail.

Important Details:

• Please arrive at the pool at least 45 minutes before your scheduled jump to allow time for you to check in, set up your crate, and get in a practice jump.  Crates are optional but recommended.  They provide a great place for your dog to relax in between sessions.  Please check in at the registration desk next to the pool.
• There is a place for you to pull up near the pool and unload your gear.  Then park in the vendor lot across the street or the Rock River Intermediate School parking lot.
• There is a designated area for Pier Pups competitors to set up a pop up tent (10’ x 10’ maximum).
• Please spread out and respect other competitor’s space when selecting a spot for your tent or crate.
• All dogs must be current on rabies and distemper shots, females must not be in heat, and all dogs must be properly socialized.
• All dogs must be on no more than a 6’ leash at all times except when exhibiting.  Please, NO retractable leashes.
• We suggest that you bring your dog’s favorite floating toy, leash and collar, towels for drying off, drinking water and any other items necessary for your dog’s comfort.  Prong, choke and electronic collars are not permitted on the dock.
• If you are new to Pier Pups canine dock jumping, we suggest that you read the “Getting Started” page on our website.  It will give you a good idea of what to expect and what to bring.
